Mae wellness exists for clients seeking support through sudden loss/acute early grief, major life changes and transition periods of life (large moves such as out of state, marriage, divorce, starting college, having children), and clients seeking trauma support.
Therapeutic services are offered via telehealth. Alexandrea specializes in therapy modalities that are known to treat depression, anxiety, and trauma. The goal is to work together to create the therapeutic environment needed to reach your personal goals.
